Nose:  caramel and vanilla, lots of vanilla...really good vanilla.

Palate:  Sweet with a creamy mouthfeel, white chocolate mousse, a touch of oak; it needs water but really opens up with it.  There are even some sherry like notes in there.

Finish:  Charred oak and caramel.

This is the perfect dessert bourbon.  Great stuff!
