Barrel 4826, Lot 03I24A, Rickhouse 3, Floor 6,  366 bottles

Nose: Bananas, candy corn, some floral notes

Palate: Comes on very sweet with lots of flavor, sweet wine, candy notes and vanilla. Later in the palate, more earthy notes emerge and it shows some nice complexity.

Finish: The sweetness recedes and some more earthy, Cognac type notes emerge.

Water brings out sweetness on the front end but also some of the more earthy notes.

This is a nice bourbon with some good complexity, but the sweetness overpowers some of the other notes, bringing it a bit out of balance.
