The nose is pleasant and malty. The palate is very straight forward and malty. There is a slight oak note at midpalate along with citrus, honey, vanilla and sweet wine notes, and it has a sweet, chewy finish.
n: buttercookies, dried apricots, malty and "bourbony" nose. The smell when you open the wax paper from a box of honey graham crackers.
t: Dark clover honey and black chai spice. Mixed raisins and white chocolate dipped apricots. Middle is an old-fashioned vanilla malt and cream of corn sweetness (corn pudding). Metallic (tin) note in the middle. Creamy vanilla with a gentle oak character and oatmeal cookies with raisins in the finish. [B]
