Nose:  Malt and a touch of smoke. 

Palate:  Crisp and malty with some coconut notes and smoke toward the end.

Finish:  Mostly malty with some smoke on the nose and then some tropical fruit (passion fruit) late on the finish.  

Decent but not exceptional.

n: buttered buttermilk biscuits, browned lemon merengue, graham crackers, and a dusting of powdered sugar.

t: briney seaweed with a bit of buttercream. Very maritime with light soy sauce and dry smoldering wood. Long savory finish that is of old leather, nori, and a smoky leather. Very savoury and delicious with a hint of smoked fruit.
