Nose: Great nose of briny peat.

Palate: Bam, just loads of sharp peat, a touch of sweetness, a twist of lemon, sort of like a peated Lemonhead candy.

Finish: Huge peat on the nose. Peat with a touch of white wine on the palate.

This is just a giant peat bomb.
