Nose: Rich and caramally with a significant rye note.

Palate: Vanilla, a nice rounded oak note, then a big spicy rye punch.

Finish: Trails off nicely with vanilla custard and burnt sugar, like a creme brulee.

Very nice.  Punchy and balanced. It tastes to me like it's a Heaven Hill bourbon.
