Nose: Hugely spicy, tons of rye and juniper.

Palate: Juniper, rye, bay and a bit sweet.

Finish: Just vaguely spicy.

 

I was surprised this was a bourbon; the rye notes were so strong I would have guessed it was a straight rye.
