Nose: Dry and minerally with a raw grain note Palate: Really heavily minerally, like country well water, very young tasting with strong, raw wood notes. Finish: Like licking a rock.
There's really very little redeeming about this whiskey. With all of the mineral notes, I could see it ending up with a Dickel like profile if it had a bit more age and some sweetness to it, but as of now, it's pretty rough.
