Brown fruit and stagnant water. Warm maltiness with tinge of rusty metal and wet stones. Palate is astringent with pears and lots of saltiness. Then it gets a bit funky with stale fruits and ends with doughy/bread and more salt water.
n: green tobacco leaf, condensed red fruits, malty. Cranberries in a mincemeat pie and a bit of dried citrus rind.
t: sweet malt with a vibrant fruit/sherry influence from the cask. Red jam, spices (cloves and nutmeg), and English toffee cake with créme fraiche. Tobacco leaf, artificial vanilla extract, and caramel in the drying finish.
