Nose:  Malty with sweet fruit notes.

Palate:  Sweet and fruity malt with oak notes coming in mid palate and taking over by the end along with some salt.  Oily mouthfeel. 

Finish:  Dry and oaky, slightly bitter.

Very nice.  At cask strength this would have been a monster, a nice monster.
