Nose;  Peat, wild flowers and fruit with some smoky mezcal notes.

Palate:  Very raw tasting, mezcal with a pleasing sweetness, almost reminding me of Del Maguey's mezcal liqueur.  

Finish:  honey coated peat.

Good, fun stuff. 

n: wood smoke, dry salt, and heather with a bit of a youthful side. Some phenols (plastic and saran wrap) mixed with a white sugar sweetness.

t: quite grassy and sweet (hard lemon candy + sugar frosting). A lot of ash and hay mixed with a damp earth peat is the main flavour profile. Youthful burn in the finish - matches the high ABV. This could almost pass as a mezcal.  [B-/B]
