Nose:  malty and a bit fruity.

Palate:  Sweet and malty with an acidic, citrus rind note at the end.  Water brings out some vanilla notes.  

Finish:  Slightly acidic with plenty of malt and vanilla.

 

Nice, bourbon cask Clynelish.
