Nose:  Sweet wine and brandy notes with oak in the background.

Palate:  Maple syrup, some Cognac notes, then wood emerges and dominates to the end of the palate.

Finish:  Dry and woody, leaving you with a chewy mouthfeel.

Overoaked but still nice.
