Nose:  Oak, polished wood.

Palate:  Huge oak notes, chocolate, honey, some acidic notes

Finish:   Candy on the palate, wood on the nose.

This is yet another of a whole series of Willett wheaters distilled on April 6, 1993.  They're all good, but this is one of the best.
