Nose: Musty basement, pipe tobacco, lots of oak, good nose.

Palate: Sweet and hot, rock candy, still musty; water really makes it sing, bringing out some spicy notes, cloves, anise and pepper.

Finish: Spicy and peppery on the finish.

Nicely put together.
