Nose:  Malty, hay

Palate:  Very malty and clean, some sake notes.

Finish:  More of the same.

This is just pure malty from start to finish.  It's totally one note but completely drinkable. From what I gather, they created it as a low cost NAS malt, and it certainly does well in that category.
