Fresh tar and asphalt with lots of spice.  Warm peat, oregano, cracked pepper and citrus fruit. Nice mouthfeel with olive oil, grapefruit and wax. Red apples and bits of cherry follow. Smoke and peat emerge as the finish lingers.
