N: Burning paper, dry wood, fresh struck matches, brine and the salted air from an ocean breeze
P: Nice oily texture with grassy and raw dark green veggie notes. Good amount of maltiness that contrasts the sweetness of BBQ corn. The peat is in full force and its crisp and clean
F: Medium length. Cinnamon and bitter lime wedges
This is a great bottle and in line with some of the very good younger Bowmores that have been distilled in early 2000's. It's at a great price with a hefty abv. I will likely regret failing to stock up on this. Hopefully friends will share some in the future. B/B+
