N: Chalky and flinty, with a little dose of white pepper. Some Fuji apples. A bit of pungent earthiness.
P: Surprisingly thin initially. Chalky. White pepper. A little dry wood kick. Again, some pungent earthiness. A little apple comes through after a bit.
F: Warm initially with a bit of wood. A nice mix of apples, pie crust, and white pepper.
