N: Thin initially with a strong kick of pears. Some white pepper, a little oak, a faintly piney quality. Maybe a little Smarties candy? A touch of vanilla.
P: Warm and plenty of hints of young malt. A little heat and surprisingly has a fairly young profile to it. Sugary with a little white pepper, malty sweetness. A touch of Smarties candy again.
F: Dry, kind of woody mixed with hay and melon rind. Keeps drying.
Odd, didn't seem to get much barrel influence. I'd guess this to be half as young based on the palate.
