N: Preserved fish, butterscotch, warm peanut brittle, white tea, dried fruits with hints of flowers and oak.

P: Smooth with lots of body (oily texture).  Loads of fruits, both fresh and dried.  Peaches, plums, and pineapple.  The wood comes through at a perfect amount.

F: Lingering bees wax with bits of salt and warm peat

Great balance, structure and complexity.  The peat is mellow and works with the other flavors.

n:  Salt, lychee, earth

p:  Salted herring and tropical fruit.  Velvety mouthfeel.
