Distilled at Bernheim Distillery

Nose: Nice caramel and oak notes.

Palate: Vanilla city, like a big scoop of vanilla ice cream...with caramel sauce and a touch of oak and a slight citrus note, then a bit of a metallic note.

Finish: You guessed it...vanilla.

This tastes very high in corn content. It's a bit on the sweet side for my tastes.
