Distilled 10/28/91  Bottled 12/20/10

Nose: Sweet on the nose with candy and some fruit/wine notes.

Palate: Rich and meaty on the palate, though a bit diluted tasting, with some nice minty notes.

Finish: Minty with some oak tannin and a slight bitterness going down.

This has some nice notes, but it might have been improved at a higher proof.
