Nose: Young, woody rye, probably aged in small barrels.
Palate: Green wood, pine, some Dutch process cocoa notes late in the palate.
Finish: Young pice and green wood.
Another young rye. They are working on a BIB version of this which would be interesting to try since there is potential here, but like so many craft whiskeys, this one tastes young and raw.
