Fuji

This is very phenolic but also has cinnamon candy in this (red hots and chewing gum) with some herbal notes. Not much brine on the nose or palate. Good texture with lots of mint, eucalyptus and loads of peat on the long toasty finish. Very straight forward and very drinkable but not a lot going on with it. B/B-
