Nice smoky BBQ aspects with this Ellen with a tad bit of rubber. There was just enough rubber and sulphur there to detect but not to put you off. It was actually nice! The darker sherry aspects dominate but there's also some vanilla and butterscotch sweetness along with burnt sugars and a fair bit of spice. This has a lot going on but the peaty smokiness still shines. B+/A-
