This was the first Local Barley I had and there was no option of pouring it into a glass.  Lipped it straight from the bottle as it is PLOWED tradition.  All I remember thinking is "WOW, very tasty." It had a bubblegum sweetness to it.  Wish I could have snuck some into a glass to take notes on. But luckily another friend had a small sample from his own stash (different cask) that I got to take notes on.  Notes are here Local Barley 1966 Cask 470
