Very classic Irish. Weak and simple with grassy/nutty flavors. This really works well with coffee and that's what I will drink it with if required. Pass.
n: vanilla custard and candle wax but very light, hint of angel food cake. Wheat bread dough with baked honey crust. Warm and malty with a nice bourbon wood influence. Some nice spice notes with the vanilla cream.
t: doughy cinnamon rolls and white sugar frosting. Quite malty with a nice mouthfeel. Very vanilla-sugar sweet with flavours angel food cake and moist sultana raisins. Light and sweet until the end. Easy to sip and drink with a hint of merengue from a lemon custard pie. [B-/C+]
