Nose: Yup, LDI rye, brine and spice.

Palate: Very sweet with some notes of cloves and Angostura Bitters (like an Old Fashioned in a bottle), then vanilla emerges.

Finish: Vanilla.

These cask strength Willett LDI ryes keep getting older and better. Let's hope they keep it up.
