Nose of oatmeal, hay, malt, apples and pears. A little white wine and pool water.

 

Palate is nice, lightly fruity and malty, similar to the 12yo bottling from the late 80s. Finish picks up and gets more citrusy. It lasts with those tinges quite a long time.

A mild yet still lively malt that's very "pleasant."
