Big on cinnamon and spices with the smell of rising bread. Sweet on the palate with lots of citrus and malt. The peat comes through along with grassy/ forrest vegetation notes and theres a spicy peppery finish.
I've only had the chance to try the older Ellens, most in the upper 20's to younger 30's so this was a very nice. Young and vibrant... great stuff! Thanks Alan! B+/A-
