n:  Citrusy sherry

 

p:  Very nice.  Sweet and spicy.  Potpour and Christmas pie.  Great velvety mouthfeel with a solid finish.

N: Nice warm rich nose. Toffee, butterscotch, peanut oils, anise, heather and eucalyptus. This brings up images of warm French toast.
P: Pears, kiwis, sour green grapes and pineapples
F: Green apple skins.

Good mix of sour and bitterness. B+/A-
