Nose: Mmmm, coal on the seaside, ocean breezes and peat. In the background is gentle malt, coconut and butter.
Palate: Rich and peaty buy syrupy sweet underneath.
Finish: More ocean peat.

Nicely balanced between the smoke and the sweet, rich and well done. Great all around.
