n: dark cherries, clover honey, musty oak, and a bit of interesting smoke deep in there. Buttered toffee with nuts and brown sugar. Nice full nose.
t: honey on graham crackers initially, the fruit slowly appears in the middle with raw bread dough and peach. Middle has red fruit jam, peanut brittle, and oak char. Baked green apple with brown sugar with a nice malt and cereal backbone. Soft sweetness with fresh ginger and faint smoke in the long, warm finish. This has something for all tastes - another nice "conversation whisky", I like this release.
