This starts off with lots of iodine and charcoal smoke.  As you get through the dominance of that initial attack you will find a subtle yet sweet brininess in the background. 

On the palate it has some fudge, seasalt and grapefruits which sucks the moisture from your mouth leaving a sharp tart tarry finish.
