Musty smoke in the nose, dusty closets and old books, earthy. Some shoe polish and white wine.

Palate is heavily smokey, in line with the nose. Iodine traces linger. This is nice but lacking dimension… the faint fruity-vanilla stuff in the background isn't worth describing. Good peaty whisky but no magic.  B/B-
