Obviously more floral than most Springbanks. I found more new-make type notes of lemon-grass and varnish than usual also. For a 22 year old, this seemed rather weak on the oak side. This might have been a multi-refill cask. It just didn't impart much flavor. The goodness that makes it a B+ comes from the floral complexity and this is nicely pleasant to drink. I don't recall any of the caramel or sweet peat notes though....
