There is a lot in here. The more I drink it, the more I like it.
Rather restrained nose. Oak, candy corn, Tootsie Rolls, slight swimming pool, acetone.
Palate, hmmm... taking the ABV into account, it's actually rather restrained. Tannic, aspects of coffee and tea. At first I didn't get a lot out of this, it seemed kinda flat. But spending time with it, it's kinda like a good cup of coffee. Comforting and warming and enveloping. The character in here actually does mirror what the nose advertised, an oaky Tootsie Roll with coffee notes. A great contemplative sipper.
