Nose: Sweet and mild with fruit (apples, pears) and white wine.
Palate: Comes on very sweet with some spice and a bit of soap, then some nice wood, but it dissolves into bitterness.
Finish: Mostly bitter.
The bitter bite on this is a big flaw.
