N: Nasal flaring, hot white wine. P: Wide and sweet, gotz some power due to the abv but this would be real weak at 46%. Just not a very active cask or complex spirit. F: The flavor does build up after a while, sweet and nectary, lemon coffee cake.
Oaky and fruity nose (fresh green apples) with slight farmyard. Palate is a bit rough, but delivers a big bright fruity kick. I really like this profile in general -- just clean whisky and wood. The casks seems slightly past its prime, but it's still pretty tasty.
