Palate is rather watery but still with flavor. Mild, generally malty and grassy stuff. Tangy spice in the finish. Compared to today's standard Clynelish expression (the 14), this is less interesting on the whole, though fine enough. Enjoyable in an historical sense.
N: A little solventy, nutty, lemon, wax, marshmallow. P: Tangy, kinda middle of the road. No peat, buttery. F: Metallic, nutty. Dry. An interesting and unique profile, but overall a bit weak.
