Oaky nose, very floral, nectary. Lemons. Palate is mild-to-medium sweet. Kind of a waxy, honey thing going on with light sherry flavors. Cherries in the finish. Might be a little too much oak, but still quite tasty. B/B+
N: Nice n' spicy oak, rum spice. P: The fact that this was a sherry cask seems to be only slightly relevant, as the really tasty and complex notes seem to be from the wood. A nice example of long aging in a third fill sherry cask (a guess, but I'm probably close). F: Very zingy.
