Nose: woody Bourbon, oak and wood polish, smells older than it is.
Palate: Sweet but in a dry way (does that make sense?) with wood in the background. Very clean flavors, very Evan Williams.
Finish: Sweet corn goodness.
Very straightforward, good stuff.
