The nose has malt with fruit syrup. The palate on this is just luscious: sweet and malty in good balance with grape notes, Sauternes. It's light and crisp yet full bodied. The finish picks up the malt. Almost an A.
N: White wine initially, then more grassy with some mineral aspects. P: Nice and punchy dry profile, fruity and kind of tart at the same time (a good tart). F: A long clean numbing burn with a trace of sweetness. This would be pretty dull at 43% but at nearly 60% its got enough going on to hold my interest.
