Nose: Trail mix, very strong on the apricots, raisins next strongest

Palate:  Hot! Raisin and oats (which apparently I like more in scotch than in food.  Again, really strong and really yummy.  Finish has a sharpness to it that feels like butterscotch but doesn't taste like it (wierd, yes), probably because of the flavored vapors hanging around.  Me likey.

B+/A-

N: Initially spirituous and a little sour, it mellows over time to a dry white wine profile.
P: The attack is strong (to be expected at this abv) but the fruity oily profile tempers the heat somewhat, at least for a while.   Apple cobbler.
F: Finishes clean with a fleeting sweetness before a wave of heat takes over.
Despite it's relative simplicity I'm enjoying this quite a bit.   Not a superstar but quite good.

Vanilla, flowers, citrus and apples.  B/B+

N: Pineapple upside dwon cake with ice cream, alcohol

P: Lemon cake. Banana alcohol

F: Alcohol with a hint of fresh asphalt
