N: Nutty and spicy oak, citrus. P: Buttery and fruity. Tasted blind, I thought this was maybe a well used refill sherry cask based on the spice and fruit. Balancing sweetness. F: Clean and tasty. Very good.
Oooh. OOOH. Awesomeness. Citrusy, green, very minty (especially in the finish, garden mint) and refreshing. Somewhat dry, but not as much as the age would imply. Peppery, spice-cabinet-y. I'm glad the other guys don't like this as much as I do, because I will be hoarding this bottle at the next couple meetings.
A wonderful fruity nose with spicey crispness. Pallate however is not more than a B. Add water to get some sweeter fruits back but still weaker than the nose fortold. A- nose and B pallate makes this a B+.
