Oh yeah, that's big n' peaty but still graceful and light. Gingery spice balanced with sugars and a hint of BBQ sauce. Yep, tasty.

Retaste:

Still big and peaty but this time I get more brine in the nose and a salty tang in the finish.

Pretty expected and in line with the recent PE DL Platinums from 2010. Not a revelation, but tasty.

Fuji

Citrus, brine and peppers on the nose. Continues on the palate with lots of bbq/ toasty notes but the spices are much sharper in the finish.
