Caramel, vanilla, butterscotch, coconut hints. Unpolished but tasty. (Barrel 8E4)

Nose: Really nice nose with light, sweet baking spices

Palate: Minty, spicy, sweet, nicely balanced, followed by a light bitterness.

Finish: Nice finish with a balance of sweet and spice, late in the finish it picks up vanilla.

Overall: Really nice, balanced with good spice notes.
