N: Deep sherry and spicy wood, too long in the barrel? We shall see! Asian sauces.
P: Very spicy, a lot of wood influence as well as custardy flan type notes. Sort of bizarre, very unique.
F: Really unusual, like candy corn with Thai BBQ ribs.
I suspect this might have been better 10 years younger, we'll never know. But it's still great.
