Very meaty on the nose, brisket, and some solventy notes. A generally pleasant malt but disappointingly weak on flavor given it's lovely color. Grows on you after a while, need to let the flavors build up over time. A subtle old lass from an era gone by.
Light yet delicious wine-nut-sherry-grapey tastiness. Wish it were higher proof... why did this need to be diluted at all?! Anyhow, it's so light yet so tasty that you could drink this like Kool Aid.
